Rahav D. Aharoni, Adv
Estate and Real Estate Attorney
Having a trusted attorney who takes time to guide you on the Israeli legal and business landscape is vital.
For more than a decade, with fire and determination I have helped heirs, property owners, entrepreneurs, law firms and investors in the US and worldwide with legal transactions and disputes involving Israeli estates, property and business. I also have more than 20 years of experience in Israeli real estate transactions, valuations and contracts.
I specialize in helping heirs and clients locate and gain possession of inheritance property in Israel, settle Israeli estate and real estate disputes, and executing transactions in Israeli real estate, investments and business, eventually adding equity to my clients.
I know well Israel’s real estate industry, the legal system and Gov officials inside and out and am happy to review your case and discuss possible courses of action in our initial complimentary consultation.
My unrelenting commitment to helping clients through real estate and Israeli inheritance cases are second to none and my reputation and warm reviews are matchless! I always encourage my potential clients to request the contact information of my reviews.
I was born and raised in Rehovot, Israel. My father was the principal of an elementary school named Ramot-Weitzman in Yavne. He later transitioned into business, founding a successful real estate brokerage firm. My dear mother also worked as a school teacher. Together, they instilled in me an appreciation for intense work and guiding others.
Following high school, I served three years in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in a combat unit with the prestigious Givati Brigade and as an NCO in HR and Operations.
After the army, I joined my father’s real estate brokerage firm. I spent half of my twenties working by his side learning the real estate business. This is where I evolved my specialty in Israeli real estate zoning and transactions.
In 2006 my father passed away. I learned first-hand the challenges faced when managing the family estate, and guiding my family in its decision-making.
I founded my practice advising international clients on Israeli real estate and inheritance cases, including selling and purchasing property and reclaiming assets or unclaimed property in Israel.
With strategic planning and superb communication, I guide clients through the intricacies of Israeli estate and real estate transactions, and keep families and investors informed.
I personally handle each case to keep the process moving as wisely and efficiently as possible, and to ensure the utmost results for my clients.
Working one-on-one with my clients, whether remotely or around the table, allows me to listen, simplify and respond to their goals, including any language concerns. I’m a problem-solver by nature, and clients fully confident that I and my firm are committed to them all the way and follow through.

" I found Mr. Rahav Aharoni from my Hebrew translator and I was very happy with him. I hired him twice, the first time was to negotiate and complete a probate with my family and to register the land in Israel, which he did a great job on. And the second time, my family in Israel could not find/get my grandfather’s death certificate and I’ve hired him to do so. Mr. Aharoni did. It did take some time for him to find it, and he had promised to do so, and he did. Mr. Aharoni. is very kind, loyal and easy to work it and solved two of my issues. I will recommend Mr. Aharoni. I’ll be happy to respond to any inquiries. "
